Are all other devices getting an internet connection? Are you using automatic or manual settings on the PS? I personally reply multiple times each day, I haven't had a response from your other topics. You can call here if you have a support package: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
All the light are on for internet but when I’m trying to connect to ps4 it saying internet connection failed I reset my router to factory setting and then it takes you threw the steps it can’t detect my bandwidth but can detect my internet something is wrong with the router itself by the looks of it but I have no clue in what to do
