Hello, I’ve setting up a used Night Hawk XR 500 that I’ve purchased from someone, but I’m having trouble setting it up. On my laptop when I try to connect I get the message “Can’t connect to this network”.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

With any used device I recommend starting with a factory reset.
Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
What modem do you have?

- They may not have factory reset the device, try the above and then attempt to connect. Please note you will have to access the interface and go through the setup wizard before you get internet.
