Can’t get help for warranty replacement , called 3 times now got netgeat employ details , once for to technical support to get a replacement they hang up on me every time not happy and can’t get any help what’s so ever case number 44335096

What you can do is click on "mynetgear" on the top.
register an account and the device.
From there you can start the rma process.

Have you confirmed that you device qualifies for a warranty replacement? Have you tried fixing whatever is wrong with it? If so, you are in the wrong place.
