xr700 a peice of crap with no support from netgear

does anyone know how to contect netgear support.If I cant straighten this out by Monday its going back. [been nothing but a headach]  Every time I try to contact netgear ,I log into a new page that asks me to log in, when i do it opens another page that does the same thing. its an endless cycle. Ive have the nighthawk xr700 over a week. I paid over $500.00  and bought for gaming only. I just wanted the geo-filter from the xr700. I had no speed issues with my modem before the netgear cm1000. Ive got help from the community but has not fixed the problem. I play cod black ops only, when i join a match I lose conection ,lag complety out. told I'm logged out of cod servers.Ive rebooted the router, its got the new FW, set cod in geo-filter, set the Qos to 70% and added the xbox only .

  • LATEST, now the goe filter isnt detecting any cod servers . WOW

      You should be able to contact them by logging in here: http://support.netgear.com/

      Do you see anything blocked on the Geo-Filter when this happens? Quit the game to console dashboard, then please Flush Cloud on the Geo-Filter Map. If it comes up with a message saying it took too long wait a minute and refresh the page.

        i talked to NG on the phone after filling out info on router so they could conect me with a tech pro for the xr700. after 15 mins. on hold they conected me with tech that knew nothing about the xr700.
