As you've found Netgear are aware of the issue and are actively looking into the issue. If the steps which have worked for others are not working for you I'd recommend getting in touch with Netgear support to see if they have any further suggestions http://support.netgear.com/ or can collect data from you to diagnose.

Sorry I meant that 45 minutes is the longest my devices have stayed connected. There is no set time limit on when they disconnect. Could be 3 minutes, could be 45 minutes. 45 is just the longest I've had the connection stay stable since I set up the router.
