XR700 Plex update 1.19.5.3112-b23ab3896
Does anyone know why the XR700 is not updating to the latest plex version. The router says a new version is available. pressing the install now button does not work, say "unknow error" after clic...
I'm having the same problem but my plex option is completely grayed out and it says my current version is none? So I have lost it completely. Netgear really needs to do something because this is ridiculous. When someone buys their expensive products you expect them to work and they suppose to have support that actually helps you.
- I have let our team know about this to pass on to NG, we didn't include any changes that I am aware of in this update but we'll get to the bottom of it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
TimChang iceway_zhang grayed-out means there is no USB HDD attached. you may need to recheck the USB connection again.
- HDD is connected and operating ok. It just won’t work with Plex
