XR700 Plex update 1.19.5.3112-b23ab3896

Does anyone know why the XR700 is not updating to the latest plex version.   The router says a new version is available. pressing the install now button does not work, say "unknow error" after clic...

I havce the same issue. Cant install it back on the router. Tried rolling the firmware back to .20 and it still wouldnt install. It's the main reason I bought the router.

    Did not see such issue (see attachment). did you try reboot?

      Yeah, have tried reboot, reinstalling update still no joy.

      Hi, yes tried several reboots. Firmware rollback and reinstalled. Same issue
