When should we expect a firmware update for the PLEX server?

My Netgear Nightawk XR700 requires an update to Plex Server version for live tv.
Current Version 1.22.3.4392 Minimum Required is 1.24.4 or higher.
when will there be a firmware update for the plex server?

Gaming routers have their own DumaOS operating system that is nothing like the one on Netgear's standard routers.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

For the required update unfortunatelyI don't now where you tried before, but as long as you to ask in the right place the path for support for devices with DumaOS, is usually short and rapid.
The DumaOS team has no reason to look out for every message posted in the wrong place. There are just too many messages to keep up.
Post in this section and you rarely have to wait long. Of course, lobbing in a request late on Friday, just before the weekend, isn't the best timing if you want instant replies.

I placed a ticket after several attempts going in circles I finally was able to get a ticket by leaving out my serial number. hopefully one or both approaches will get a response,
