XR700 Plex update
When should we expect a firmware update for the PLEX server?
now i am getting an error message that server version Required is 1.24.4 or higher for live TV.
any way to nudge netgear? or how to contact someone at netgear about this recurring issue?
last update was version 1.22.3.4392 dated April 19, 2021

My Netgear Nightawk XR700 requires an update to Plex Server version for live tv.
Current Version 1.22.3.4392 Minimum Required is 1.24.4 or higher.

Gaming routers have their own DumaOS operating system that is nothing like the one on Netgear's standard routers.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.- Thank you for the move request
This is a recurring issue over the years with no obvious path to even contact Netgear
For the required update unfortunately
- I'd recommend making a ticket with Netgear directly https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx meanwhile I'll see if we can ask someone at Netgear to see if they can get this sorted
I placed a ticket after several attempts going in circles I finally was able to get a ticket by leaving out my serial number. hopefully one or both approaches will get a response,
