XR700 r-apps not loading
Hi Guys, Looking for some help on r-apps not loading on the XR700. I see there is a closed thread on this already but does not give me much information. Is anyone able to help on this one? ...
- Hi Nige, what pages is this happening on? In System Information on the R-App panel, change in the options the retries to 5 instead of 3 and then reboot the router.

I did the 3 to 5 and it worked for a little while then stopped again. will be moving down seeing if I find anything else that helps. I also tried to open up on nighthawk app not sure if this caused the issue.
- If you're using the beta firmware which you should to have the best chance of fixing this issue then you will have to do a factory reset after updating to it if you haven't already otherwise the issue may carry over. Otherwise I will chase the team and see if there is more we can do on this.
I have not yet tried this beta firmware. Where can i find it? It does not appear to be readily avialble on netgear's page for the xr700.

- I’ve been trying to send you pictures of my ping doing speed test through your router and then in game it won’t allow me to attach phots. I refuse to create a new thread because this is getting so much attention maybe they will actually legally have to do something. My pain right now is between 80-125 Games are completely unplayable. Also anytime I make a change to Geo filter it gets frozen and then I get a 402 bad gateway error. I reinstalled the .22 firmware factory reset and re-did the router and it’s doing the exact same thing. Geo filter literally does not work at all again if it’s the size of the world or as small as my state I’m still getting put in games with super high ping no matter what. And by high ping I mean 80-125 if not higher. My isp was here three times this week and tested every outside line up and down the block and replaced every wire to my home and inside my home and there equipment to test single is great all numbers are excellent. I actually showed me and I took a picture of the machine with a green checks next to everything with every number coming from their node. I still can’t play with friends after adding them through Geo filter they have a static IP as well. The high ping is completely out of hand. I’ve never seen a router keep placing someone in a game with ping over 80. The only thing circled in Geo filter is New Jersey literally it takes five minutes to find a game and put me in a game 80-125 ping Completely laggy unplayable

I, however respond to every topic that appears in this sub forum and so it would help me help you if a new topic could be made. If you can't upload directly here then use something like imgur.com and link to it and then I can have a look and compare it to your issues.
