XR700 support for WPA3

I haven't seen that the XR700 has wpa3 capabilities yet. And netgear doesn't state when features will/won't be added so I couldn't even tell you if its getting wpa3 for sure. I could be wrong as I don't have a xr700.

You'll have to ask if NG will come up with a future FW update depending if the HW will support it. I hope they will for how much this model router costs new and with WPA3 on the horizon. Some new OSs like iOS 13 preview support it. I presume Addroid is in the mix as well.
