XR700 uPnP Not Populating When Trying to Play Call of Duty.

I have reset to factory settings and tried with only the most basic settings configured.

QoS, GeoFilter, and port forwarding/triggering are not configured.

I noticed that when the game is running (and failing to connect) the uPnP list never populates with anything.

When I VPN into work, I can play. I also manage that network and those firewalls. I don't understand where this is going wrong. Every other game has been plug-and-play with just my home network.

I am currently hardwired in to the XR700 router, with the router then connected to the google fiber jack. I was having these same issues with AT&T before, but I don't think this is ISP related.
