Could you clarify a little if possible please - When it disconnects does it occur on all devices including those wired and those connected wirelessly? If it is just wireless devices, remove the extender and connect them direct to the router wifi do they continue to disconnect? When you're trying to access the interface are all those devices you've tried connected to the extender or are some connected directly?

I am running into the same issue recently, so I can provide the details I am seeing on my end.
When the disconnect issue happens, all devices disconnect (both ethernet and WiFi).
The lights will stay on as if nothing happened, but no devices can connect.
After connecting directly to the router via a wired Ethernet connection, I cannot connect to the router in any way (router IP is not found).
For me currently, it occurs 2-3 times a day, typically during high load times. It allows devices to reconnect after about 2-3 minutes.
Firmware is up to date. Running R7000 AC1900 WiFi Router.
Logs from around the time of the failure are below:

- Netduma-FraserMar 26, 2020NetDuma Partnermastermonopoly as your router is different and runs different software the issues may be caused by different things. I would recommend posting in the sub forum for your router in order to receive help with the issue https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-WiFi-Routers/bd-p/home-wifi-routers-nighthawk as this section is for the Pro Gaming routers only.

Hello, thank you for the quick responds.
I am having the the same problem as @mastermonopoly discribed.
All ethernet devices and wifi devices are disconnected and the router ip is not found so I can't go into to router. I wanted to add the log file but it only goes back to Thursday, March 26, 2020 18:05:44 and the issue was before that.
I was downloading 2 games and a driver package when the disconnects happened and also 3 other devices on the network. My work laptop, phone and a raspberry pi.
I had the issue before and posted the log on a forum but I can't seem to find it anywere. There were some DOS attack errors in it.
- Netduma-FraserMar 26, 2020NetDuma PartnerWhen the issue occurs could you run command prompt and type ipconfig then press enter please and post the results here. Also do a ping to the router IP and post it here.
