    Sorry to hear you're having this issue! I would also recommend disabling IGMP Proxying in WAN Settings. If that doesn't work disable QoS completely in Anti-Bufferbloat options, does that resolve it?

I did try disabling IGMP, but I have not tried disabling QOS. Will try that!
