access Circle via VPN

I am using Circle parental control, the Circle can only be controlled via android APP in the local network, if I am away from home and kids want to unblock any website, I have no way to do it. I tried to using cell phone VPN log into home network, all other home device is accessable, that's means my VPN works fine, but still cannot access Circle. Any setup issue? or the Circle just cannot be accessed outside of home network?

    Have you been able to access Circle via VPN before? What firmware version is your RBR50 currently on?
