Access control doesn't work

Hi all,

I have a RBK50 router with 1 satellite. I was able to control access through the Orbi app as recently as a couple of months ago.
The past few days I am getting a "cannot connect to router" error when trying to remove wifi access to any device.

I have rebooted the router multiple times, uninstalled and installed the app, using local and anywhere access. I also used both Android and ios and both don't work. The message i got on ios is "Sorry that action failed". The only thing i haven't done is factory reset the router which I hope to avoid.

Have anyone seen this problem? Any suggestions?
