There was a post recently about this issue:

It sounds to me like the method is to delete all existing phones (which probably disables 2FA authentication) and then start over with the new phone number.
(Doesn't give one warm fuzzy feelings for the Orbi app, does it.)

Thanks for the reply. I did see that thread and no ... it didn’t give me a warm fuzzy haha. :-/ I was hoping I missed something.
