Administrator Locked Out of Device Manager on Orbi App

***ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED***

My family has the Orbi RBR20 WiFi router.  I am the administrator on the Orbi app and accidentally turned off my phone on the app so I cannot access the device manager functions.  Can someone please help me figure out a way to reactivate my phone on the app?
