Android login times out too quickly

Trying to use the Andoid AP to make changes in my Orbi RBK50 system.  However, it won't let me login because no matter how fast I get a message that I have timed out.

    Hello SJaDJ, 

     

    Please try reinstalling the Orbi app or try another device to see if there are any improvements.
