anwhere access on orbi wifi

When I turn anwhere access on via the orbi app it says 

Error

This NETGERAR device is already registered with another account

 

Have connected to the router directly but can see any setting that might resolve this issue

    And your Netgear device is?

     

    At what stage do you see that message? After you connect to the local wifi?

     

    Have you previously registered at mynetgear.com?

     

    Unfortunately, Netgear's byzantine approach to registration can leave you stranded. The registration for Anywhere Access may or may not tie the two together.
