anywhere access deregistering

When It ry to turn anywhere access on, I get a message that "This netgear device is already registerd with another account".

 

How do I dereegister this device and reregister it with my current email?

    Hello gzerlengo, 

     

    You will need to contact Customer Care at customer.service@netgear.com and provide them with your email address and serial number.
