Anywhere access dissapeard RBK753

Good day from Greece, have bought the ‎RBK753 worked perfect for two months, suddenly had some issues in topology, made a factory reset and set the network from scratch. Everything works, but while i see through teamviewer the network , the orbi app cannot connect remotely (from work) and shows that it cannot find the network. Also the previously Anywhere access button has dissapeared.

I found in the web interface under Advanced and opeded the Access control to on.

Is the problem that i am currently at work and cannot find the orbi router and sattelites? or the fact that somehow i dont have the Anywhere access option?
