Anywhere Access on Orbi not enabling

I am unable to enable anywhere access from my Orbit app. I get a "Something went wrong, try again later" message. How can I enable via a browser? Or get the stupid app to work.

Anywhere Access absolutely cannot be enabled using the web interface.

 

As this conversation describes, Netgear customers who are no longer entitled for 'complimentary support' are left with few options (besides paying to talk to Netgear support).
