I have the app and it works well. My husband has the app but is having a hard time setting it up. He tried logging in with my credentials. No luck. He tried setting up his own account. No luck. ...
this morning my app wouldnt recognize i even had an orbi on my network

had to restart the router.. the bugs are plentiful as of late
