App not recognizing internet connection

My Orbi router and satellites seems to be working fine as I am having no issues fully connecting to the internet and when I am in the mobile app I can check my upload and download speeds and they are very good.  YET the app is saying that my Orbi router is OFFLINE

I have tried redownloading the app from the app store but it continues to say router is offline despite it working fine. 

Any Suggestions?

    Occasionally happens to me too, seems that my ad blocking via Android 9.0 private dns is the cause. I disable it and my Orbi RBR862 will show online again. Odd because it is very intermittent.
