A new Orbi app version has been released to resolve this issue. Please delete your app then reinstall it from the app store then, sign into your Orbi app using your log in credentials.

I've been experiencing this issue recently as well and have been searching for a resolution. I did delete and reinstall the app and STILL cannot login. It presents the same way. "login required", i give the password, and it says "Logon timed out..." :(

Sorry to disappoint but I'm still having the same issue.
Reloaded the app and also changed the Orbi password.
Back to the drawing board........
