App repeated requests to login and then “too many attempts”
Hey all. My ISP, Optimum, came out yesterday and swapped out my modem. I have the new modem for 24 hours and all the sudden the orbi app asks me to login Every time I open. I put in my correct password and it tells me too many invalid login attempts. The new modem is the same as the old one- Arris TM1602 from Optimum. The app worked fine after it was installed yesterday. Thai morning it’s acting strange. WiFi and internet are operating as usual and as expected. Any ideas?

- Pgandolfo78AspirantI should add one detail. The app was acting a bit strange for a few hours right after the new modem was connected. Each time I opened the app it took a few seconds to “detect” the network. All devices were always connected but seemed like the app took a moment to validate. That resolved after I rebooted the orbi.
