Brand New RBRE960, weird internet speed discrepancies

will try to make this story short, I have just installed my brand new RBRE960 (V6.0.3.85_3.1.15) with satellites, works in AP mode. All seems to be good except one strange fact. My ASUS router (wired connection) shows the speed of 455.72 Mbps (measured by Speedtest in ASUS app), which is ok, no complaints. Then my phone and laptop connected to Orbi Wi-Fi (wirelessly obviously) shows 317 Mbps, fast.com (my phone and laptop again wirelessly) shows 330-350 Mbps. Sounds logical, right? Until now- Speedtest performed in Orbi app (wired 1Gb connection to my Asus router) shows 240 Mbps!!! Tried dozen of times, probably the servers are different etc (but then the ASUS app uses the same Speedtest by ookla like Orbi). And it's a huge difference! Why this seems strange to me? Because with my previous Orbi system Orbi app always showed a speed close to the Asus's one which seems to be correct since they are connected with a cable. And wi-fi speeds were always a little bit slower (like 20-25%) then Orbi app's ones.

Any thoughts or possible explanations? Thank you!
