Can’t access my rbr50 v2 by ORBI app due to an app login error

Hi,
Since the last ORBI app update, I can’t access my rbr50v2 due to a login error on the app
The message, after I introduced all credentials, is:
“Logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device”
I’m totally sure about the password

Already done everything and still can’t access

Any solution ?
