Can’t connect to Orbi via app but wifi is working
Hello,
I am unable to connect to the Orbi router via the Orbi app. But the wifi is working fine. Both the Wifi6 and the guest wifi are working fine. I already rebooted the parent and satellite routers but to no effect.
It’s a RBR850.
Any help would be appreciated.

We've seen a ton of reports on this lately (within last week).
Some were fixed by disabling icloud relay and private mac/ip address.
Others were able to log in through the browser and have elected to wait on an app update.
Others have had to do a full factory reset to get back in.
Kind of a crap situation with either a orbi update or app update thats causing issues.

Since wifi is working fine, You recommend to stay the course until an update is released?its kind of up to you.
There's several different discussions on the forums with some users electing to follow the wait and see process and others using the factory reset process.
If all your stuff is working and you don't do a whole lot, it might be safer to try to ride it out.
we know netgear knows of the issues because there's been a ton of posts on it. they might not be that active on here but they do follow the repeated posts.
