Can’t login to Orbi
Can’t login to app. It states that default password (password) is incorrect. Trying to run a speed test and can’t access

The Orbi app uses two sets of credentials.
- The primary credentials are the Netgear login, usually email address and a password (that is NOT "password")
Since the app remembers these credentials for some time (how long is a mystery), users are often surprised when the app suddenly demands that they enter credentials (and conveniently supplies "admin" as the user name, which is incorrect) Annoys me no end when this happens. - During the initial setup, the app wants the Orbi web administration credentials, which are "admin" plus whatever password was set during the original configuration. (Users may not remember doing this, which can present a problem).
If the issue is that the app will not connect to the Orbi and demands credentials, try the Netgear settings (used to access the community forum).
