Can 2 users log into the orbi app?

Question

Both my husband and I are trying to log into the Orbi app. I am able to login, but he keeps getting a login error. Can multiple users access the app or can only 1 person per device have admin access? Don’t understand why he keeps getting error even though he is entering all the right info.
