can not find my pc on network map

I have one rout and two satellites RBR850. I have two pc windows 11 connect to satellite with hardwire and I can not find my PC and my kid PC on network map. I don't care about my PC but i need to ...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What Orbi app version are you using?
