Can not switch product in Orbi app

I have two different Orbi routers at two different houses. I used to be able to switch between two products to monitor them via access anywhere function. But now when I try to switch, it’s kept loading but never able to switch. I uninstalled the app and relog back in but didn’t work.

Any help please? Thanks.
