Cannot connect to web interface from hard wired device

Netgear literally won’t let me open a ticket because I’m not paying for support. Same issues as all above. Cannot connect to web interface from hard wired device. I could care less about the app tbh. But not able to manage the router is wholly unacceptable. I’ve made no updates recently and it otherwise seems to work fine. What are we supposed to do if NG won’t even let us open a support ticket?

  • Factory reset the RBR by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser at HTTP 192.168.1.1. Don't use Orbi app.
