Cannot locate router
I am using the Orbi app to set up the wifi system, the Orbi internet is being read by all my devicesand the satelites are all set up, but I am unable to complete the registration as it keeps saying " router not found"

The mobile device with the Orbi app must be connected to the Orbi wireless.
Or should the problem be just the registration, while the Orbi App based admin is workable?
