Cannot log into ORBI App. Verification email has outdated email.

I am trying to log into my Orbi app and when it shows the verification email, it is an old email address that was hacked. I have updated my Netgear profile with my current email addy and it shows up in the website as the latest addy.  Thank you for any help.
