cannot login to IOS app with valid user id/password

Question

I can log into my Orbi account on my laptop, but IOS app on my iphone says email and user name are incorrect.&nbsp; I am unable to complete set up.&nbsp; I have been able to access app in the past.&nbsp; Appreciate any help.&nbsp; Thanks.
