Cannot login to Orbi app after installing firmware V4.6.14.3
I bought the Orbi mesh system RBK653S a month ago (router is RBR 750 and satellites are RBS 350). After installing it, everything was working fine including the Orbi app. Today I updated the firmware from 4.6.11.1 to 4.6.14.3. The router and 2 satellites appear to be functioning. I can log into my Orbilogin.com account just fine. But now I cannot log into my Orbi app. I get a message that says my login attempt has timed out. I spent several hours wit tech support trying to resolve the issue - to no avail. I have reloaded the app to my iPhone 11 Pro Max several times with no change in the results. Either there is a bug in the latest firmware or there is a bug in the app. This is very frustrating. Has anyone had this problem? Are there any known fixes?

- I tried something this morning as a last resort. I rebooted the router (from orbilogin.com) and the Orbi app now works again.

Enjoy. 📡- My previous attempt did not actually work for very long. The above reply worked immediately. I have an iPhone 11Pro Max with the latest software installed.
So it seems there is an incompatibilty between the app and the apple iOS.
