Wow, I probably have not opened the app in a year and tried during a problem... Never heard of shaking the phone to submit a bug report, but it worked, and I did. Thank you.

Ya I don't use it much, unless i'm testing. NG is working on the current problem. Maybe a side effect. Hopefully will be resolved soon.

    Thank you, FURREYe38. Deleting the Orbi app and reinstalling it solved my app login issue.
