"Try a full factory reset and setup?" If all else fails, reboot, standard practise for ICT support that doesn't really know their trade :-)
No, thank you. After 1 month, Armor will ask if I want a paying account, which I will refuse and that will be the end of it. Thanks for you generic reply anyway.
IF you factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser and don't activate Armor, Armor should not bother you again.
