Can't download certain apps from App Store - Orbi serial number 6H530A5KA5F52

Hello,

I purchased the LBR0 AC2200 via my cellular carrier and the warranty's have expired. I currently use Circle basic for parental controls which did not require me to subscribe to the next generation and the controls have been working fine. However, after setting up a new device for my granddaughter I am getting an internet connection error when attempting to install certain apps from the Play Store App. The error states no internet connection with a note to contact MyCircleMeet to change settings. I do not have a subscription for Circle Plus Home. Does this mean I must upgrade to home plus in order to fix or grant permission for the download and installation of apps such as Roblox, Mindcraft, and others?
