Can't login in Orbi app (showing no internet connection)

Question

Everytime I tried to login using Netgear account in Orbi App in my Android Phone, there was always a banner saying "no Internet connection". I've tried both cellular and WiFi. But none of them work

Hmm, why does modem and firmware matter since it was the issue of loginning into the app? The problem is that I can't login in even in cellular data.

What modem are you connecting the orbi to?&nbsp;any chance your in a double nat?&nbsp;https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

No it doesn't have a double NAT. I couldn't login in the app using cellular data either. It's not like I can't see the routers.
