Getting message "login denied, device not recognized". What is this? My device has not changed

This is the Orbi app? Which version? iOS or Android?

Is this with remote access or over local WiFi?

Hi Guru, yes its the orbi app Version V 2.39.0.3919. Trying to login as I've always done using my android phone. My router is RBR50. Absolutely nothing has changed on my end

&nbsp;
What you see can be down to various different things. You'll need to narrow it down. That's why I asked if you were using Local Connection or Anywhere Access.

My memory is that you have to use local access to provide the router login details before you can turn to Anywhere Access.

Connecting with an app is a multi-stage process.
&nbsp;

First connect to the local WiFi.
Connect to the router with the admin details
Then connect to Anywhere Access using your MyNetgear account
