I'm sorry you're encountering the "Logon timed out, please try again" message. This issue is often related to browser cache, network connectivity, or temporary glitches in the system. I recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies, trying a different browser or incognito mode, and ensuring you're connected directly to the relevant network (such as Orbi Wi-Fi, if applicable). Restarting your device and the router/modem can also help. If the problem continues, consider checking for firmware updates or reaching out to official support for further assistance. Hope this gets resolved quickly for you!

Wrong. I have done all of these things 100,000 times. It is not being resolved at all.

No, you'll need to be patient while NG fixes this for the app. Otherwise use the web page to log in and make changes in mean time.

Alright I understand and I'm sorry I replied in frustration earlier. But what is a realistic time frame to expect for something like this to be resolved? Also, I am using older an older Orbi AC3000. At one point in this 3 day ordeal of trying to resolve this problem, I considered buying a newer model. But if the app isn't working on iOS 18.4.1 with the AC3000, is the app going to work with any other newer model Orbi with the current iOS problem?
