Can't toggle internet on/off for specific devices using the Orbi app.

I can see the option to active/disable specific devices in the app, but the selection is "grayed" out.  It will not allow me to toggle them on or off.  Does anyone else have this issue, or know how to fix it?!?  I was on hold with Netgear support for over 30 minutes before they just disconnected the call without ever discussing it.  So frustrating.
