can't use orbi app, won't accept default password, logon times out
after resetting Orbi Router RBR50v2, I can't use the Orbi app it won't accept the default password, it says 'logon timed out'. Rebooting the router, or resetting it again does not help. BUT my phone...

Orbi app version 2.43.2.1 is working on my iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 18.4 loaded connecting to my Orbi 870 series. Anywhere Access is working too.

FURRYe38 try Orbi app v 2.44.0. That's the version that stopped working with iOS 18.4 for me.

netgear - have a fix coming soon? (like Netgear will actually read this thread haha). I've also reported the bug twice on the mobile app (shake method since logon won't work) but never heard back at all.

additional info w.r.t. my earlier post:
Router Firmware V2.7.5.6 | RBR50, IOS 18.4 (22E240).
not able to logon to the router via the mobile app.
it was working on the earlier IOS 18.3 version.
netgear : please update the mobile app, so it works with the most up-to-date IOS version.

You'll need to submit a but report thru the Orbi app.
NG doesn't review issues here. The @ netgear forum profile has not been accessed or used since 2015 so not worth tagging that profile here.
As per link above, NG seems to be aware of the problem and is probably working on it. NG doesn't give out information on when fixes are forth coming so you'll need to be patient and wait for it.

the only thing is, I can't login to the Orbi app, so I can't do anything with the app.
or, it there another way I can submit a report/request?
