Changed phone# and can't complete 2-step authentication

I need to update my phone number in order to access my Orbi app.
I spent hours on the phone with customer care, recieved several calls back and they were still unable to help.
I just need to update my recovery phone# and email address so I can complete the 2- factor authentication for my Orbi app.
Can anyone help??
