Circle 1st app

Question

Just purchase the Circle app last week to help control internet ussage while homeschooling.&nbsp; &nbsp;We have the Orbi routers and have had fine internet through our house.&nbsp; However,&nbsp; I can not get into the app to make changes to settings/internet time allowed/filter and so on. This has happened the last 3 days so if this a continuous issue then I will need to find another app or devise that works better.&nbsp; Any idea to help get it to work better or any other ideas monitor kids iternet usage?
