Circle no longer working

After getting a new phone I no longer have access to circle through my Orbi router. I have tried updating the firmware, resetting the factory defaults, uninstalling and reinstalling the circle app, etc. Nothing works. I just get the endless loop of “something went wrong “. Can you help reestablish my circle connection?
